ummmmmm yeah... I forgot to ask my mom about having day for me to cook or like I just cook any day I want and just post it on Friday (I'm probably going to do the second one but I don't know..) Okay I honestly don't even know if I want to cook... but I do know for a fact that I do looking at different food recipes and pictures of food... I just don't know if I want to cook and stuff. I mean I'm fine with eating and giving my thoughts, but I don't know if I will enjoy cooking...because I'm not good at it. So yeah, that is my little conflict I'm going through.
Today's blog will be short, so I will end it with something I've been wanting to eat.. http://damndelicious.net/2014/10/11/one-pot-garlic-parmesan-pasta/ . This seriously made me drool... if i were to chose a dish to try out on my own, I would definetly pick this one.

Blog No. 6
I talked to Mrs. Browning about my blog, and she told me I should consider having a specific day I cook at home and then post it here. So I am trying to work out a plan with my mom. I will post what we agree on in next week's blog!
For today's blog I don't think it will be a long one (mostly because I don't know what to post). I think I might just give y'all some dessert recipes I want to try out.
The first dessert is...S'MORE BARS!!I really love eating s'mores, but I can't eat them because I don't have an open fire I can make them with. But I can now make them whenever I want (plus its less messy). http://www.cookingclassy.com/2014/08/smores-bars/
The second recipe is HOME MADE POPTARTS!! Okay who doesn't love poptarts? Well I know that my family and I LOVE poptarts, but my mom doesn't buy them for us because they are too sugary and bad for us. I mean these poptarts are pretty sugary too, but at least you know what they are made of. http://www.cookingclassy.com/2014/05/homemade-pop-tarts/
The last recipe is OREP TRUFFLES!! I picked this recipe because I am currently obsessed with oreos.... so yeah. Oh and also because this just sounds and looks amazing. Other then that, there is no other reason why I want to try this out. I mean correct me if I'm wrong, but oreos are just delicious. http://www.chef-in-training.com/2011/11/no-bake-oreo-truffles/

Blog No. 4
Okay...so I've been wanting to eat pizza for a LONG time. so for this weeks blog I will post a pizza roll recipe I found on pinterest!
This is the homemade pizza roll recipe I REALLY want to try. I got this recipe and picture from pinterest, but the original recipe came from http://damndelicious.net/2014/09/26/pizza-roll-ups/ (is it okay to use that website even when it has a bad word in it..?). The recipe needs the ingredients listed down below:
- 1 tube of crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup of mini pepperonis
- 4 sticks of string cheese (halved)
- 2tb (tablespoons) of unsalted butter
- 1/2tp (teaspoon) of Italian seasoning
It takes 20 minutes to make, and serves 8 people. The steps to making these rolls are down below:
- preheat oven to 375F.
- get a nonstick pan and put it aside
- remove rolls from the can and spread them out into 8 triangles
- put 1tb of mini pepperoni and half a cheese stick on the top of each triangle
- starting from the wide end, roll the triangle up while tucking in the ends
- put the seams side down on the pan
- cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown
- while the rolls are baking, mix a mixture of melted butter and Italian seasoning
- immediately put on the sauce when the rolls are done
- serve and enjoy!
Again...this is NOT mine. I just found it on pinterest and shared it!

Park, and Joseph Park
Brief Description: I am
going to cook different recipes, and try to improve my cooking and share
different recipes.
Overview of Project Proposal
1)
Project Objective:
I
plan to cook a dish once a week and write down the recipe along with my own
comments on it. I plan on making things from scratch, or just by myself.
By the end of this year I hope to have a cook book
with all the different recipes in it. Or just being able to help my parents
cook dinner when they are not feeling well.
2)
Project Rationale:
I am doing this because I enjoy cooking and baking,
but I am not the best at it. Plus I really like trying new things and I REALLY
love eating >.<. Food is good,
really good. Anyways I want to improve my cooking skills so that I can cook m
self something to eat when my parents are not feeling well or sleeping.
That is another reason why I want to learn how to
cook, so I can help my parents. I want to be able to help them out when they
are sick or busy. Also I could make them a meal for their birthdays or
Mother’s/ Father’s day.
3)
Project Steps:

·
Ask for the
recipe
·

Blog No.3
I have a BIG problem. I want to change my project subject to something I would enjoy doing every Friday and at home. I realized that I don't want to do the bone thingy, because I don't really have an interest for it. Well, I do but its not strong enough. I want to do something that I look forward to do, and I wont mind doing for the rest of the year. I want to pick something that I REALLY want to do, so I don't change my mind later on in the year. But I just don't know what that is...
I'm trying to think of some ideas for me to do...but I don't think it is working out. I will put a list down below (yes, I know some of them will be stupid but these are just the first thinks that pop up in my head)
I'm trying to think of some ideas for me to do...but I don't think it is working out. I will put a list down below (yes, I know some of them will be stupid but these are just the first thinks that pop up in my head)
- Food (aka: my dinner): I would take picture of my dinner once week (that I attempted to cook myself), then write down the recipe, and then add my own comments.
- Trying To Fix My Bad Habits: Some of my habits would be not doing homework/studying until the last minute, leaving my room and bathroom a mess, procrastination, laziness, and spending to much time on my phone and laptop. If I were to do this one, I would try to improve these habits and my blogs would consist of my process and struggles

Blog No.2
After researching what the best website/diagram would be to learn all the bones in the human body, I found the perfect website (link will be provided at the end of the blog). And in that website there is a list of all the different bones that looks like this:
Okay.. remember how I said I wouldn't have any difficulties on the first day of my project, because I would be only learning one bone, the skull. Well, I was wrong. Looking at this list, I noticed how many bones are in the skull. Also I feel very foolish because I thought the skull was only one bone, which I should've known is NOT true because I already know there are cheek bones and jaw bones as well.
Now that I can see how many bones are in the human body, and how many I have to learn (all of them), I am debating on how I am going to learn all of them. I could start off with flash cards with the area of the bone on one side and the bone name on the other. and when I am confident in myself I can take the quizzes that are provided in the website.
